I am Serdar PALANDÖKEN. I was born in Erzurum in 1987. I am happily married and have 2 wonderful children.

In 2005, I took my first step into sales and marketing in the furniture industry. After 10 years of sales and marketing experience and expertise, we decided to enter the furniture retail industry. Our first stop was France. This is how the BOZTAŞ HOME brand was established.

Then, we decided to start furniture production, with the idea that all processes, from idea to concrete, should be carried out by experts who come together for the same purpose. We brought the BOZTAŞ Premium brand to life. We started manufacturing sofas and furniture by aiming at continuous development and change day by day, the necessity of the age and producing instant and timeless solutions to people’s needs. At this point today, we continue to produce in 18,0000 m2 closed and 15,000 m2 open area.

With our company’s vision of always seeking the better, we actively participate in domestic and international furniture fairs every year. We offer our unique products to all our domestic and foreign users, and we strive to expand our global commercial relations every year. We regularly attend the Domestic İnegöl Furniture Fairs and Istanbul International Furniture Fairs every year. In addition, we also appear in the most important international fairs of the industry, such as Russia – Moscow Furniture Fair, America – Miami High Point Furniture Fair.

In the meantime, we took our first steps towards retailing and dealership with the dream of opening up new horizons. Today, BOZTAŞ Premium brand is in Mobiliyum AVM A block (İnegöl/BURSA), Istanbul Masko, Ankara Siteler, Çanakkale, Gaziantep, Batman, 2 in Romania, 1 in Israel, 1 in Kosovo, 2 in Russia and France. A total of 11 corporate stores, 1 of which is called BOZTAŞ Home; 1 Warehouse in America, 1 Warehouse in Russia. We have turned it into an internationally recognized global brand in the furniture industry, with 165 dealers in Turkey and dozens of dealers in 34 different countries of the world.

We continue our dealership work in Turkey with our new business partners, and we continue our efforts to have a wider area of ​​influence with new stores and dealers abroad.

We can accept the Boztaş Premium brand as the first and most special product of a strong and respected team in the furniture industry. In this team, I, Serdar PALANDÖKEN, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and my partners and companions; We are present together with General Manager Ahmet Faruk BOZBEY, Finance Manager İsmail KARAKOYUN, Sofa Production Manager Ahmet FİLİZ, Wood Production Manager Recep KARPUZ and of course hundreds of people who have contributed to the Boztaş Premium brand in the past 10 years.

Since the first day, we believe that a strong team will easily overcome any challenge, and we accept that the first condition of being a reliable brand is to trust those who work to grow that brand. And we believe that success can only happen with a strong team.

My career journey, which I have continued with the same determination since the first day I adopted quality in service as a principle, continues with a strong team of 250 people as of today.
